23 Together

We came together for an iftar dinner with 110 members of the 23 community and volunteers. After sharing an iftar meal, reconnecting, and spending time together, we had a conversation with Uğur Uyan, TFS Deputy General Manager, on career journeys, the business world, and personal development.

We came together for a thought-provoking game centered around 23 themes. Following the game, we had a conversation with Eray Erdoğan, Founder of Reflect Studio, and Kadir Aydın, Chairman of the 23 Board, on entrepreneurship, creativity, and personal experiences.

The 23 team came together for the Istanbul Half Marathon. Running together, sharing the energy of the city, and moving to the same rhythm turned the experience into a meaningful opportunity to enjoy moving forward together as a team.

For our second open-air cinema gathering, we came together at Vitriol Farm in Beykoz with 60 members of the 23 community, volunteers, and alumni. Spending time together with a movie and conversation, we strengthened our community's culture of coming together and creating shared experiences.
