Summit 23

Social Responsibility 23 is an area of experience and contribution that supports young people in engaging with social issues, understanding different needs, and developing solutions through field experience.

Social responsibility projects, carried out with the active participation of 23 volunteers, are designed with an inclusive, sustainable, and people-centered approach. In this process, young people become part of the projects not only as supporters but also as individuals who think, create, and take responsibility together.

Projects

We are designing accessible schools.

As part of Monster Notebook's "Designing Barrier-Free Schools" project, children's workshops were held with the active participation of 23 volunteers. The project was designed to create inclusive, experience-based, and safe learning spaces for children with diverse learning needs. The workshops aimed to create an environment where children could express themselves freely, participate in the process without difficulty, and at their own pace. The learning process focused more on exploration, curiosity, and interaction rather than performance expectations. Thirteen workshops were conducted as part of the project. 94 children and 23 volunteers came together, and one-on-one interaction was established with children in 11 different schools. In total, 15 events were organized, bringing inclusive learning experiences to different locations.

Child to Future Workshop

In the “From Child to Future” workshops, carried out in collaboration with TFS, children encountered experiences that opened up spaces for them to discover their creativity, thinking skills, and potential. In the workshops, children were not passive participants; they became part of the process as curious, experimental, and productive individuals. A safe and supportive learning environment was created where each child could progress at their own pace. This project, implemented in Arnavutköy, approached social responsibility not as a one-way support mechanism, but as an experiential space that connects children's present world with the possibilities of the future. Four workshops were organized within the scope of the project. 100 children participated in the workshops, while 23 volunteers from 10 different groups contributed to the process.

Istanbul Half Marathon

As part of its 2025 social responsibility initiatives, 22 participants from 23 communities took part in the Istanbul Half Marathon. The 23 communities ran the race to support the Tohum Autism Foundation. Beyond individual performance, the marathon offered an experience that strengthened discipline, consistency, and a culture of teamwork. From preparation to the race itself, participants discovered their own rhythms while simultaneously experiencing the responsibility of being part of a collective goal.

23 Teen Bags

Following the February 6th earthquakes, various aid and support efforts were undertaken to promote the well-being of young people in the earthquake-affected region. As part of this, 23 "Youth Bags" containing educational materials and hobby supplies were prepared. A total of 6500 bags were distributed to young people in Gaziantep, İslahiye, and Antakya in two separate periods. School and container city visits were conducted to reach primary, middle, and high school students. Furthermore, support efforts were carried out by visiting container cities where disabled children and their families live.

Hope Scholarship

The 23 Hope Scholarship was designed to support university students affected by the earthquake who were continuing their education. 100 selected students benefited from scholarship support for 12 months. The program aimed to help students continue their education and strengthen their hopes for the future.
