We live in a world full of variables and constant change. It is not possible to stop change or to build a life without change. The future, even the present, is uncertain. So how do we find our truth in the midst of these changes and uncertainties? How can we make doubt an effective tool in this world of uncertainty? How can we use doubt to ask the right questions?
Manifesto 23
We believe that knowledge turns into competence only through experience. For this reason, we aim for young people to develop their competencies by gaining experience through trainings, workshops, academies and entrepreneurship programs.

Curiosity
Curiosity is the appetite for learning and discovery. It is the only impulse that makes a person find his/her issue and discover his/her passion. What awaits us on the path we set out on with curiosity? What kind of an adventure does curiosity start?
Every story begins with curiosity. Paths are shaped according to our curiosity, we stop where we wonder, we marvel, we learn, we discover. What are you curious about?
Passion

Balance
Balance is not static. On the contrary, balance is finding a harmony in the midst of all movements. Is it possible for the human being living in all this dynamism to find an absolute balance?
We are on a path where we are trying to find our balance. The absolute balance in life is also based on giving and receiving. What do we take and what do we give? A life in which we are always taking or giving becomes one in which deficiencies or excesses predominate. Can we find peace in the possibility of achieving this balance?
Peace

Conscience
Our perceptions are the result of the judgment of our conscience. In this judgment, the intellect, heart, mind, will and senses work together to accompany our conscience. But why do these functions, which are present in all human beings, work differently in everyone?
When we do not awaken the conscience, when we cover it with a veil, how is our perception shaped? In order to make the conscience freer, it is necessary to lift the veil over it, to allow its voice to exist. Only in this way can human beings demonstrate a judgment that is not governed by impulses. So how do we awaken our conscience?
Courage
Passion is the part of us that we work with consistently, that we are curious about, that arouses our interest. The things we are passionate about occupy the most important place in one's world of meaning. With the meaning attached to them, we hope, we set out, we strive, we dare.
We look for meaning in order to dare. We pursue a hope despite fear. Because we are passionate about it. How can we find our passion, our issue, that will give us courage despite fear?
Revolution
In this life, where every living thing is in motion, where stability is only possible at the end of life, something is always transforming. Human beings, of course, are also changing and transforming. But towards what and where is this change happening?
Our revolution starts within ourselves first. We hold up a mirror to ourselves and no change, including the change within ourselves, happens all at once; it requires a process. Because within every revolution there is a process of evolution. With these processes, we read the world and find our direction. So in which direction are we changing, what are we changing, what are we touching?
